Eligibility will be determined as on 1 September 2026.
Post-qualification experience of less than 6 months in an organization as on the cutoff date will generally not be considered, except where it forms part of the candidate’s current employment. Experience in the clerical cadre will not be counted for eligibility.
The required educational qualifications must be obtained from a recognized institution, university or applicable AICTE-approved institution.

Bank of Baroda Selection Process 2026
The selection process may include one or more of the following stages:

Online Test Pattern
If an online examination is conducted, the tentative test will contain 120 questions for 120 marks with a duration of 120 minutes.

Sections 1, 2 and 3 are qualifying in nature and their marks will not be considered for preparation of the final merit list.
A negative marking of 0.25 marks will apply for every incorrect answer. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.

For the Personal Interview, the minimum qualifying marks are 60% for General/EWS candidates and 55% for other reserved categories, subject to the Bank’s applicable rules.
Candidates who fail to qualify in the Personal Interview will not be considered for final selection.
